This is a statutory consultation on the proposals of the Royal Borough and school governing body to expand the physical capacity and pupil admission number of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Primary School.

The consultation is open to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Primary School parents, carers, pupils, staff and governors. It is also open to parents, carers, pupils, staff and heads of nearby schools, as well as other interested parties.

To obtain comments from park users and stakeholders on Phase One of the Averyhill Park Greenways routes, delivered in Autumn 2013 and to seek feedback on proposed extensions to deliver in 2014.

This consultation aims to gain comments, thoughts and opinions about the proposed new byelaws. Internal and external stakeholders along with members of the public are being consulted.

The aims of this consultation are to obtain resident's opinions on the proposed Local Safety Scheme on Avery Hill Road LSS Consultation

Summary of results

A total of 67 responses were received from those residents and businesses that were within the consultation area, which is a return rate of 9.8%.

 

The results of the consultation are as follows:

 

In favour of the proposed scheme:                 49 (73.1%)

Not in favour of the proposed scheme:         13 (19.4%)

No opinion on the proposed scheme:           5 (7.5%)

Outcome

The results of the consultation were considered by the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Enterprise & Skills and a decision was made on 10th February 2014 to proceed  with the implementation of the scheme. Implementation is due to start in late February and be completed by May 2014.
