Charlton match day parking control

What do we want to know:

The proposal is to extend restrictions on match days until 9pm every day there is a match at Charlton Football Club, including Sundays and bank holidays, covering every possible kick-off time. The fact that some matches may finish after 9pm is not seen as significant, as traveling football supporters would be parked for kick-off time.

How to have your say?

The consultation will close on Wednesday 8 November at 5pm. View the overview map below and let us know your thoughts by submitting any comments regarding the proposed scheme plans, these will be required in writing during this 21 day consultation to either:

Description:

The Council is proposing to introduce match day parking restrictions and additional controls across the Charlton CPZ.

This specific element was not included with the initial consultation, so we have published an updated Traffic Order that includes match day restrictions, which allows us to open up a new constitution specifically relating to match day restrictions.

Additional match day restrictions are common around many football grounds across London. They give priority to local residents, their visitors, and local businesses rather than football fans traveling to stadiums by car.
