What do we want to know:
To assist the NHS to modernise Pharmacy services and:
- Understand the Pharmaceutical needs of the population
- Take stock of the current community Pharmacy service provided
- Consider the potential of community Pharmacy redesign
- Support a rational approach to commissioning services.
