Royal Greenwich is introducing 20mph zones on all residential roads in the borough. The Sparrows Lane area has been identified as the next priority, based on a study of the number, types and severity of accidents. As well as introducing a 20mph speed limit, we’re proposing to introduce measures to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety and accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists.
