What do we want to know:
We want to better understand how tenants currently use the existing sheltered service, how effective they feel it is and whether the service meets their current needs.
We also want feedback on the proposals described within the Sheltered Housing consultation guide.
Description:
The Royal Borough of Greenwich is consulting on proposals to change how we provide sheltered housing services in the future. We want to ensure residents are supported to maintain their independence through a combination of services with transparent service charges. We are consulting you on how we manage your sheltered housing and asking what support you think will best meet the needs of people living in your community.
